The Warning Signs for a Brake Repair
Get a brake service inspection if:
- Unusual noises or vibrations occur during braking
- The brake pedal seems to be spongy or presses farther to the floor than usual
- Your vehicle pulls to the right or left when you brake
Brake Pads
The brake pads are the first part of your brakes to check if you experience any braking issues. They are the most common replace in your vehicle’s brake system because they are designed to wear out over time.
Brake Rotors
Brake rotors can be damaged from brake calipers pressing into the rotors, causing heat and groove damage. They can also become damaged from brake pads wearing too thin and scraping against the rotors. If your vehicle wobbles at high speeds or your brakes squeal and screech, you should have your rotors inspected.
